WHO: The Valpo FitLab is a physical fitness assessment facility located in the Athletics-Recreation Center at Valparaiso University open to all community members, students, faculty and staff. The lab is presented by the exercise science program and the Department of Kinesiology.
WHAT: Join the Valpo FitLab for their grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony. Attend the open house, enter to win a comprehensive fitness package and learn more about the lab and the Kinesiology Club.
WHEN: Friday, Oct. 25; open house from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m., ribbon cutting at noon
WHERE: Human Performance Lab in the Athletics-Recreation Center, enter on the west side
