Join the Valpo Parks Foundation and the Valpo Parks Department for this exclusive, family-friendly, First Skate Fundraiser at Central Park Plaza!
Returning for the third year, the First Skate Fundraiser is an extraordinary way to experience the ice rink at Central Park Plaza. This ticketed event ensures safe social distancing while being the first on the ice! Complimentary hot cocoa, water and cookies will be provided. In 2020, two time sessions will be offered, 6:00pm-7:30pm or 8:00pm-9:30pm. Participants must choose their session when purchasing their event ticket. LIMITED to 100 people per session.
Tickets are only $20 per person and benefit the Valpo Parks Foundation. The Valpo Parks Foundation brings people and community resources together to enhance and sustain the highest quality park facilities and programs.
Each attendee will receive the following:
- Admission
- Skate rental (or bring your own)
- Hot cocoa, water and cookies
- Commemorative hat
- Bragging rights for being the first on the ice this season!
