Valpo Edges Portage for DAC Gymnastics Title

The Valparaiso Vikings won the Duneland Athletic Conference (DAC) gymnastics title on Saturday with a 110.775 score at the conference meet in Crown Point.

Portage took second with a 108.7 finals score and Merrillville claimed third (108.125).

The DAC field was rounded out by Michigan City (106.55), Chesterton (106.2), Lake Central, La Porte and Crown Point.
