Yoga Now on Fridays

The Valparaiso Health Center of St. Mary Medical Center now offers yoga classes on both Mondays and Fridays! Breathe and stretch your body and mind with Nora Brown, our certified yoga instructor.

Mondays 11:30 am - 12:30 pm
Fridays 9 - 10 am

Classes take place at Valparaiso Health Center Community Room, Main Entrance 3800 St. Mary Drive, Valparaiso.

Cost is $50 for 8 classes*, or $8 per class.
*Expires 3 months from start date Cash or checks payable to: St. Mary Medical Center. Non-refundable.
