Addison Pointe patient finds friends, health during her stay
Mary Marine never planned on needing skilled nursing care. When she had a setback in her health, she knew that Addison Pointe was the place to go. According to Mary, “My friends who had been to Addison in the past told me that the rehab center and nursing care was top notch.” It was also important to Mary to have a private room with a great view of the courtyard, which features a lovely coy pond. The last thing that was important to Mary was staying busy when she was not getting therapy. She met Kristina Derkach, one of Addison’s Activities Assistants who made her feel welcome and a part of the family at Addison.
