Valparaiso International Center Grand Opening

The Valparaiso International Center has quite a bit going on in the upcoming months! The VIC will host a Grand Opening on September 19th from 10am-8pm.

The day will feature:

a world flavors culinary experience,
art opening with a variety of culturally based artwork,
yoga,
henna painting,
free-trade market,
afro-cuban dance instruction,
children’s cultural activities,
music from various countries around the world,
the Planetary Blues Band from 6-8pm.

A portion of Valparaiso street immediately north of Lincolnway will be blocked off to the intersecting alley. We plan to take this Grand Opening celebration to a whole other level next year, by making it our signature event and a multi-day celebration of world culture.
