Valparaiso High School Announces 2021 Athletics Hall of Fame Class
Valparaiso High School Athletics announced the 2021 class of inductees into the Athletics Hall of Fame.
The Valparaiso High School Athletics Hall of Fame was established in 1989 to honor those men and women who have brought positive recognition to the school throughout their contributions in athletics.
This year’s inductees include:
- Michael Cavanaugh ‘53 - Cross Country, Basketball, Track
- Alana Hancock Harrington ‘92 - Volleyball, Basketball, Softball
- Clint Keithley ‘01 Tennis
- Kathy McKibben Levandoski ‘78 Basketball, Volleyball
- Chuck Nightingale ‘67 Football, Basketball
- Jeff Rybak ‘84 Football, Baseball
- Rick Underwood ‘70 - Football
- Cindy Willis Douthett ‘82 - Basketball
- Jones Family (Dan Sr. ‘61 - Basketball; Jennifer ‘84 - Swimming; Jessica ‘86 - Manager Football & Track; Colleen ‘88 - Cross Country, Track; Dan Jr. ‘91 - Cross Country, Track; Marcus ‘93 - Cross Country, Track)

“This year’s class is incredible,” Valparaiso High School Athletic Director Stacy Adams said. “Valparaiso High School has a long and rich athletic history. We are looking forward to celebrating the 2021 Hall of Fame class and the legacy of VHS athletics.”
These 13 inductees join 81 Valparaiso High School Athletics Hall of Fame members. All 2021 class inductees will be honored at the Hall of Fame Banquet on Saturday, December 11, 2021 at 3 p.m. at Valparaiso High School.
