Group 7even Jobs: Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral on a daily basis
• Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule 
• Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines 
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget  restrictions 
• Perform retouching and manipulation of images 
• Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
• Develop creative concepts based on strategic direction 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field
• 5 years of experience in graphic design 
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred 
• Mastery of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other graphic design software
• Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects 
• Strong analytical skills 
• Excellent eye for detail 
• The ability to work well under pressure 
• Work closely with account executives to schedule and monitor all projects
• Provide accurate time estimates for each tactic and manage time allotted 
• Understand and manage entire print production process 
• Perform miscellaneous tasks, as directed by agency owner

Demonstrated ability to:

• Communicate thorough knowledge of assigned product(s) 
• Provide effective direction at photoshoots 
• Effectively check and approve work on press 
• Effectively collect electronic materials for output 
• Effectively handle multiple assignments at one time 
• Manage challenging situations both internally and with the client 
• Command respect of freelancers and designers and be able to effectively oversee  their work
