Position Overview:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be at the center of delivering care while working alongside a supporting interdisciplinary team.  Throughout your shift you will coach and mentor caregivers, learn our residents’ stories, discover their particulars along with assisting them with medical needs.
