This year's annual Valparaiso K-9 Run featured kids running, adults running, smiles everywhere, and sergeant Todd Kobitz presented the supervisor of the year award. This award was renamed in memory of his brother, Steve Kobitz, who passed earlier this year. This year, the recipient of The Sergeant Steve Kobitz Supervisor of the year award was Police Chief Jeff Balon.
