While Kurt and Sevenglory are doing BIG things in Africa, our elders are dreaming about how God can use our church to do BIG things right here in our own community. I am so excited about the difference we are making in the world—and we are going to keep at it. But is there something BIG God has for our church right here? Pray for me, the staff, and the elders as we are working on our vision to impact the region, and the world, in a BIG way.

Women's Ministries
Join us Friday-Saturday, 11.1-2 at Cedar Lake Retreat Center for our "Cozy Mountain Lodge" women's retreat. This retreat is designed for women 18 and older, as a time to relax and renew. Glean from women of all ages as scripture is presented in a fun and heartfelt way. We will worship and fellowship together; we will laugh and cry together. Men's Ministries
Men - Are you looking for a spiritual adventure? You are invited to join us tomorrow night in a passionate, wild, and daring Boot Camp - and discover how you can recover your masculinity as God designed it. The October 17-20 Boot Camp will be held at Camp LRCA in Crown Point. Contact Dave Gring with questions or to sign-up.

Outreach
Its that time of year again, to collect shoeboxes of goodies to be delivered with the Gospel to children around the world. Calvary has set a goal of filling 400 boxes this year! Visit the Operation Christmas Child table near the Children’s Welcome Center for more information!

Student Ministries
Reliant Game Night is Thursday from 6-9p in the Well. Come bond with friends over board games! This is a great night to bring a new friend.
Reliant Fall Fireside is this Sunday night. Our usual Reliant night from 6-8p will be moved outdoors for a bonfire at the church. Games, s'mores, and good friends - don't miss it! Remember to dress warm and bring a friend. Connect Middle School Ministry is spending the evening at Jak's Warehouse on Friday, 11.15. Jak's has lazer tag, bumper cars, go-karts, and a high ropes course. You won't want to miss this fun night! Click here for more information on Jak's.
