RCC Support Group – Maintaining Holiday Cheer & Creating New Holiday Traditions

Event Information

This event has expired.

As our lives change over the years, so, too can our anticipation and expectations of the holiday season. In happy times, it might mean welcoming a new member to our family, or our holidays might be more nostalgic, or becoming challenging due to declining health, or become a time of grief due to the loss of loved ones.

Kerry Robinson and Jory Brown will co-facilitate our group as we look ahead to the holiday season. We will explore effective and constructive ways to handle holiday stress and responsibilities.

Kerry Robinson is a chaplain with Unity Hospice and an experienced group facilitator, frequently focusing on adapting and coping with the experiences life brings our way.

Jory Brown is a music therapist, using his guitar to provide hope and make a soothing connection to the soul.

There is no charge and refreshments will be provided.
