Healthy Heart Class
Learn about the American Heart Association Guidelines for Sodium and Cholesterol, along with other healthy lifestyle tips for grocery shopping, label reading, cooking, recipes, and restaurant dining. Classes are the first and third Tuesday of each month (October 6 and October 20th) from 2 to 3 p.m. in the Porter Regional Hospital Community Room, 85 East US Highway 6, in Valparaiso.
