United Way of Porter County provides an easy way to find Holiday volunteer opportunities in Northwest Indiana through their HoliDays of Caring program.
Projects include collection drives, writing letters, decorating, packing food boxes and more. Opportunities are available through the organization’s regional volunteer website – nwivolunteer.org.
“Annually, during this season of giving, area nonprofits need help making the holidays special for their clients,” said Kim Olesker, president and CEO of United Way of Porter County. “This year, that need is more important than ever.”
