Since 2007, Party People Entertainment has been a favorite for Northwest Indiana (NWI) events. As summer approaches, Party People is getting ready to provide even more fun around the Region with its inflatable outdoor movie equipment and mobile outdoor movie LED trailer. The LED trailer can be used during the day or night and even in the rain!

Owner and Founder Chris Pahl operates Party People with his entire family. Pahl’s wife, Rebecca Pahl, is the office manager, and their sons, Brandon and Blake, also work in the business.

“With movies, we are full service,” Pahl said. “We will bring equipment, set up, press play, and after the movie, we will tear everything down and go home. The only thing the client needs to provide the day of the event is the DVD or laptop.”
For each mobile screening event, clients provide access to the DVD or video file and Party People does the rest. Covering both the set-up and tear-down, Party People works within each client’s needs in terms of size and scope.
Large screens can be used for movie nights, game coverage, and other large events such as commencements. Since Party People is a full-scale entertainment business, it has first-hand experience with the audio, lighting, and technological needs suitable for each event type and venue.
The time of day is also a consideration that Party People have planned for.
“Clients can decide whether they want to have their movie before or after the sun goes down,” Pahl said. “We have a mobile LED trailer that can be used during the day and inflatable screens with projectors for nighttime movies.”
Working diligently to keep prices reasonable, Party People’s mobile movie events begin below $1,000. Providing a variety of screen sizes, clients can choose the perfect package and equipment for their budget.
“We always tell our clients to go with the biggest screen size that their budget allows for the maximum viewing experience,” Pahl said. “Our most popular screen is our 40'x20' screen because it is the biggest, baddest, and best!”
