If the sun shines on Sunday, a Porter County Museum Member will share his 1931 Model A Fords.
Porter County resident Dr. Ronneau has been collecting Model A Fords for the last fifteen years. Having grown up with a father who was equally interested in antique cars, he couldn’t resist the urge to continue the tradition.
“It’s addicting,” he said, in reference to his hobby. In fact, Dr. Ronneau is not the only antique car enthusiast in Porter County. He is a member of the Model A Club, a group of individuals who collect, preserve, and restore these beautiful, historic cars.
Don’t miss your chance to see the cars parked outside the Museum this Sunday, August 17 from 1-4p, weather permitting. Car enthusiasts, historians, and all others are encouraged to come and learn about these beautiful pieces. Afterwards, come inside to check out the newest exhibits at the Porter County Museum.
