Prevent Child Abuse Porter County and The Caring Place would like to invite you to "be a VOICE and make a DIFFERENCE."
On April 25th, 2013, the two groups will host Britten Follett, daughter of Follett Publications, Fox News Special Reporter, Published Author, and Child Abuse Advocate, for a two hour seminar on how to get important social issues to the media, with an emphasis on Child Abuse Prevention. The seminar will be held at Strongbow Inn.
Follett will address the importance of preventing child abuse and share how to speak out and communicate social issues to the media.
The cost is $20 per person, which includes breakfast beginning at 7:30 am. Follett will speak from 8:00 am to 10:00 am.
