Boone Grove High School’s boys soccer team took down the Kankakee Valley Kougars 5-1 on Saturday, with Matt Gerhardt leading the way while notching a hat trick (and adding an assist) for the Wolves.
Jake Wright also scored two goals and had one assist. Jim Buchanan, Juan Garcia, and Tyler Nichol each contributed an assist and goalie Matt Havens recorded 10 saves.
