Calvary Link: A Note from Pastor Knute Larson

calvary-link-headerI get to many different churches on Sundays and during the week, and I think I can surmise the mood and mission of the people, they are often dead giveaways that the place is a museum; other times they are living examples that there is purpose and joy around there.

And you people of Calvary model love and grace with good mood and mission. For sure. Thank you!

I am honored to be connected with Calvary as a church coach, especially with Lionel and Mark, good men. For sure I like it here. You look up, first; but you also care about each other, guests, and the whole world, starting locally. Keep it up!

This Sunday we will continue the summer gospel theme, majoring on how the gospel shows in the way we “work out our salvation.” See Philippians 2.12,13, and maybe read 2.1-15 for the context.

Hope to see you! I know it will be with a good mood and mission!

Knute Larson
