It was so great to meet new families (again!) at Coffee with the Pastors last Sunday night. When I ask people, "How did you hear about Calvary" I just love the responses: "A neighbor invited me" or "my friend goes to church here" or "our daughter told us about Calvary." Let's keep spreading the Word about God our Savior! That's how the Kingdom grows.
This Sunday is part 3 (of 8) in our Beautiful Church series. Kurt and the band will also be teaching us a new song that has really blessed me. "Your Grace Finds Me" (Posted on my Facebook!) You might just want to start listening to it now.

Spring Forward Need a change? Why not change up the Sunday Morning Service you attend and spring forward with us at Calvary! This Sunday, 3.9 we will set our clocks forward one hour for Daylight Saving Time. And we will serve breakfast in the gym at 7:30a as a thank you for joining us at the early morning 8:15a worship service! Coffee will be served and extra hot at all three (8:15a, 9:45a, & 11:15a) worship services.
Tabletalk Join Jon Nitta, Pastor of Spiritual Formation, in the gym on Sundays at 9:45a for a time of "Tabletalk"! In the month of March, we are starting an important series on Spiritual Practices that Foster Growth. We are going to take a look at why there are certain practices that help us grow as followers of Christ and how they help us grow. This month we are starting with a overall picture of these practices and then we'll jump into the Word of God for the rest of March.

Women's Ministries Girlfriends of Grace is introducing new Girlfriends Night Out opportunities! Ladies of all ages and stages are welcome to any Girlfriends Night Out, however consider attending a group comprised of ladies closest to your stage of life! Our Senior/Retiree group meets the first Monday each month, 20 thru 30 Somethings meet the 2nd Tuesday each month, and 30 thru 50 Somethings meet the 2nd Thursday each month. The men of Calvary Church and their friends are invited to an enjoyable evening in The Well to watch a timeless classic - The Last of the Mohicans. Our evening will take place from 6-9p, and following the movie, we will have a light discussion on "Our Role in The Larger Story." Sign-up at the Calvary Church Guest Services Desk.
Calvary Men are invited to register for the Valparaiso City Softball League. The summer season begins April 29 and runs thru July 25 (tentative). Don't miss the Calvary sign-up deadline is March 14.
Student Ministries Connect MS students going into 7th & 8th grade are going to Crossings Camp in Kentucky! There are limited spaces available, so we encourage interested students to sign-up as soon as possible. The deadline for a $75 deposit is Sun, 3.16 at Connect Night. Camp this year is Mon, 6.9 - Fri, 6.14.
Reliant HS students are going to the Fusion Conference at Indiana Wesleyan University Friday, 4.4 - Saturday, 4.5. There will be special speakers and breakout sessions, as well as worship led by Switchfoot, Brandon Grissom Band, Jordan Brown, and Momentum Dance Crew. This is also a great chance to experience an overnight stay on campus at a Christian university. There are limited spaces available for this event. The $50 registration fee is due Sun, 3.16 at Reliant Night.
Reliant HS students are having a movie night at Cinemark in Valparaiso in place of Game Night on Thursday, 3.13. We will be viewing Son of God (PG-13). We encourage students to sign-up by Sunday, 3.9, at Reliant Night, so we can buy tickets at a group rate. We will broadcast the showtime when it is released, but we will stay between 6-9p.
Connect MS students are having a movie night in the Well on Friday, 3.14. Students are encouraged to come 6-9p and bring a friend. We will have dinner, games, and choose a movie to watch on the big screen!
