Several dozen career and technical programs are available for students in Porter County high schools, along with Hobart High School.
Whether a student wants to study Aviation Operations, Construction Technology or Criminal Investigations in 2013-14, there are many opportunities available in these and other classes.
The last set of open houses will take place on Wednesday, Feb. 6 starting at 8 a.m., 1 p.m. and/or 6:30 p.m. at different locations. Programs are housed at a variety of sites, ranging from the Porter County Career and Technical Center to Hobart High School to Wheeler High School. Most programs have a daytime open house plus an evening one.
