Michael E. Schrage, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Centier Bank, is pleased to announce the promotion of Karen Lance to Vice President, Retail Special Services.
Lance joined Centier Bank 40 years ago, serving in a variety of roles including branch manager of Crown Point Downtown, and was promoted to Retail Special Services Manager in 1999. Lance proudly manages the department that is responsible for the bank’s fleet of 78 ATM machines, as well as deposit processing and other branch-related services.
“Centier is a wonderful place to work, I feel blessed to be part of this wonderful organization,” Lance expressed.
Over the years, Lance has lived Centier Bank’s Servant Heart Culture through volunteerism, actively involved in the Crown Point Chamber of Commerce and Meals on Wheels of Northwest Indiana.
