As a commercial and industrial design/build firm, an architect at Chester Inc. will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects ranging from local restaurants to steel supply companies. They will work directly with clients and contractors as the company continues to grow its design presence around Northwest Indiana.
Chester, Inc. is seeking multiple construction project managers to help lead the firm’s design-build projects. These managers will work directly with clients from the beginning to the end of a project. They are the primary point of contact for business owners as they generate cost estimates, schedules, subcontracts, RFI’s, process submittals, and change orders – all within the project’s scope and budget.
