Culver’s has purchased 2.47 Acres on Olmstead Rd in Portage Ameriplex to open a new location. They have plans to start their construction this spring of 2025 with an anticipated opening in the summer of 25’. This Wisconsin based chain opened their first location in 1984 in Sauk City, Wi and began to serve their famous Butter Burgers & Custard. Currently Culver’s has more than 900 locations across 26 states.
Myles Rapchak, of Latitude Commercial, represented the land ownership in this deal. “We thought a QSR would be a great fit for this parcel “Rapchak said. “Culvers not only offer great food and service but their charitable work within the local communities is truly amazing!”
