Lori Daly, Director
Lori joined the Expo as Director in 2014 after nineteen years as the Director of Sales & Catering with Strongbow Inn, bringing an extensive background in customer service, event planning, catering and leadership. Since becoming part of the Expo team, she has overseen the incredible renovations of the Expo venues, helped increase sales & visibility, added our off-premises bar catering, and rolled out a new website.
A resident of Valparaiso, Lori is active in community projects through Kiwanis, the Valpo Chamber, Valpo Parks Foundation and the Special Needs Special Kids Committee. She is the proud mom of Cassandra & Cydney and is soon to be a grandma!
Tammy Mangold, Assistant Director
Tammy joined the Expo in 2019. As a former business owner with over 17 years of hospitality and food & beverage experience, along with her wealth of knowledge in customer service and event planning & execution, Tammy has helped the Expo team raise the bar in assuring that we exceed our client's expectations with excellent service and successful events.
Born and raised in northwest Indiana, Tammy currently resides in Wheatfield with her husband Mike, and is the proud mom of Joshua and Chloe. In her spare time, she loves to bake and read, as well as support Kids With Cancer organizations and Special Olympics.
Arman Dogruyol, Event Manager
Arman joined the Expo team in 2019. With over 12 years of experience in the hospitality and customer service industry, Arman will be your expert guide every step of the way to ensure that your event runs smoothly, paying attention to every detail from set up to execution to tear down.
A graduate of Valparaiso High School, Arman obtained a Bachelor Of Fine Arts from the Herron School of Art & Design. He recently returned to Valpo and in his spare time, Arman enjoys painting and sculpture.
