FirstLight Home Care of Valparaiso Receives National Honor in 2016

The Valparaiso, Indiana office was selected from more than 110 FirstLight locations and was one of only three offices nationwide to receive the honor. The award was presented to Jim and Michelle Alex, local owners of FirstLight Home Care of Valparaiso.

Franchisee of the Year award winners were evaluated based on a variety of criteria including: third-party client satisfaction survey scores, caregiver retention, quality of service provided and year-over-year revenue growth. The FirstLight Home Care office, which opened in April 2012, offers a variety of companion and personal care services to residents of Northwest Indiana including the cities of Munster, St. John, Dyer, Lowell, Crown Point, Michigan City, Valparaiso and the surrounding communities.
