The Valparaiso, Indiana office was selected from more than 110 FirstLight locations and was one of only three offices nationwide to receive the honor. The award was presented to Jim and Michelle Alex, local owners of FirstLight Home Care of Valparaiso.
Franchisee of the Year award winners were evaluated based on a variety of criteria including: third-party client satisfaction survey scores, caregiver retention, quality of service provided and year-over-year revenue growth.
