Fit City Valparaiso held the 3rd annual Healthy Soup Competition at Butterfield Pavilion on October 6th. Local restaurants were challenged to create a healthy soup that tasted great. Public was invited to sample each soup and then vote for their favorite. Participating restaurants included: Bistro 157, Bon Femme, Dish, Don Quijote, Paparazzi, Pikk’s Tavern, Pines Village Catering, and Strongbow Inn. The winning soup was a Tuscan White Bean Vegetable prepared by Bistro 157.
