The Duneland Chamber of Commerce celebrated another great member of theirs: Lucrezia. They just opened their newest location in downtown Valparaiso called Good to Go by Lucrezia. There is already a Good to Go by Lucrezia in Chesterton, and it is so popular that it only seemed natural that it should be repeated in Valpo.
So on Wednesday February 12, the Duneland Chamber of Commerce as well as many others showed up at the new location to witness the ribbon cutting and enjoy some fabulous food and ambiance at the After Hours event.
The Duneland Chamber has a wide variety of clients that they service and every single member of the Chamber is glad to be part of such a great and enterprise. The staff at the Duneland Chamber are very helpful and thorough in their efforts to help each of their members become immersed in their communities.
The After Hours event had a ton of great offerings that made all of the guests glad that they came out and braved the cold weather. Appetizers created from Good to Go by Lucrezia's deli products were available, a "Big Cheese Contest" was held which awarded a gift card for Good to Go Lucrezia to the person who guessed the correct weight of a gigantic round of cheese, as well as a free demonstration called "Watch the Mozz" where real mozzarella cheese was made from scratch using milk from Sanders Farm in Chesterton. Wine sommeliers were at the event sharing their knowledge with the guests, too.
"They have a knowledgeable staff," Deanna Grimes of Ideas in Motion Media said. "I am glad to have a business like this right down the road from where I work."
On top of all that, two tickets to the Memorial Opera House's new show "Anything Goes" were given away to one lucky winner. Sounds pretty awesome for an after hours event. This sort of thing can be had with your new business if you join up with the Duneland Chamber of Commerce and become a member.
