Group 7even is proud to announce their newest team member, Nick Simon, who will be working at Group 7even this summer as a Public Relations and Marketing Intern.
Nick is a student at Valparaiso University where he is working toward his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management. After he graduates in May 2015, Nick plans to pursue his Masters in Business Administration. From there, Nick will begin his career in management. A Valparaiso native, Nick was drawn to Group 7even by the challenges and opportunities it presented him for the summer. Throughout the duration of his internship, he hopes to gain experience in general marketing and business knowledge, which will be useful in his future endeavors.
As an active member of the Porter County Special Olympics, Nick has obtained hands-on experience in leading, teaching, and managing special needs kids. While working as a coach of the Porter County Boilermakers, he has shown great leadership for the kids, taught numerous skills and strategies, and managed kids with disabilities both physically and mentally.

Nick has already been active in updating social media sites for clients, as well as completing an email campaign. Nick will spend the rest of his internship tackling a wide variety of challenges to generate a diverse knowledge in business and marketing.
