The Valparaiso International Center and Sumati Yoga will be hosting a “yoga-thon” fundraiser to aid victims of last week’s earthquake in Haiti, on Saturday, January 23rd, from noon to 8pm at the Valparaiso International Center. Yoga and meditation classes taught by local instructors will take place from noon to 6pm, and live music and refreshments will follow from 6-8pm.

12-1pm Hatha Yoga
1:30-2:30pm Purna Yoga
3-4pm Meditation
4:30-5:30pm Vinyasa Yoga
6-7pm Live Music featuring Danielle Cales and Jay Weinberg
7-8pm Drum Circle - feel free to bring a drum!
Suggested minimum donation is $10 per class, but all donations are welcome and appreciated and will be given to the Oxfam Haiti Earthquake Response Fund.
