October is National Disabilities Employment Awareness Month and The Arc Northwest Indiana is sponsoring an event to conclude this year’s activities. On Thursday, October 25, 2012 The Arc Northwest Indiana will host a Job Fair for Individuals with Disabilities to be held at St. James Parish, 9640 Kennedy Avenue, Highland, IN 46322 between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Representatives from the offices of Vocational Rehabilitation, the Bureau of Developmental Disabilities, and Social Security will be available to answer questions. This fair is for anyone with a disability that is seeking employment.
What better than to have the entire local business community involved with assisting individuals with disabilities in obtaining employment; and what better way to begin than by participating in this Job Fair! An “early bird” registration will save you $25.00 off of the fee if you register before July 1, 2012. Your check will be considered a donation to The Arc NW Indiana.
