The members of the Duneland Exchange Club are preparing to host the Annual Holiday Wine Tasting on Sunday, November 20, 2011, from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm at the elegant Duneland Falls Banquet Hall in Chesterton. At this event, which is co-sponsored by Lucrezia Restaurant, over 100 wines, cordials, and beers will be available to sample and to purchase. Several varieties of delicious hot and cold hors d'oeuvres will be served to compliment the beverages that are sure to become new favorites. Many items will be available to bid on through a silent auction and entertainment will be provided.
The primary focus of the Exchange Club is the prevention of child abuse, along with other youth development projects in Porter County. Our Wine Tasting Fundraiser helps support our main projects such as Body Safety Program and back to school shopping for families in need. We ask for your support in this endeavor.
There are three ways in which you can support this fundraiser. The first is to be a platinum sponsor for $1,000 which includes up to 15 tickets to the event, a gold sponsor for $500 which includes up to 8 tickets to the event, or a silver sponsor for $250 which includes 4 tickets to the event.
Another way you can support this event is by donating an item to be included in our silent auction. All donors are listed in a program that each attendee receives, and we are glad to include a small sign or display with your auction donation.
The third way you can support this event is by simply purchasing tickets and attending. Tickets are $40 each in advance and $45 at the door.
