Ditch the workout and join the Zumba party on Friday, June 14! Kids and adults alike can get their groove on at the “Porter Regional Hospital Fit Friday” event at Central Park Plaza in Valparaiso.
Zumba is great for all ages, combining dance and aerobic elements with hip-hop, samba, salsa, merengue, and mambo moves. It’s a fun and fantastic workout!
