There is a sense of passion behind each paint brush held by CertaPro Painters of Northwest Indiana. Production Manager Juan Espinoza has channeled this passion in his work for the past five years at CertaPro Painters of Northwest Indiana.
“I have been able to grow as a person at CertaPro Painters of Northwest Indiana. I love the environment and the people in charge,” Espinoza said.
As a production manager, Espinoza’s responsibilities are crucial, ensuring that each job closes smoothly and is completed correctly. In addition to overseeing crew members assigned to the job, Espinoza’s most important responsibility is getting each job done right, which is something he prides himself on.
“I make sure the quality is at our standard and that we deliver what we promise,” said Espinoza. “We stay on the job until we get it done.”
When taking on a new project, CertaPro Painters of Northwest Indiana’s crew members arrive on the job, ready to complete any service that is requested by the customer. According to Espinoza, his crew is determined to serve and satisfy.
He also focuses on customer care, making sure his customers are more than content with CertaPro Painters of Northwest Indiana’s services once they are fulfilled.
Espinoza has been on the painting scene since 2003 but took up the opportunity with CertaPro Painters of Northwest Indiana around 2016 with guidance from Owner and President John Jordan. Through his work, Espinoza wants to be a helping hand to Jordan.
“I love the ambition of CertaPro Painters [of Northwest Indiana] and where [Jordan] wants the company to be,” Espinoza said. “I see him as a leaderand I look up to him a lot of the time.”
Longevity is something that Espinoza feels with CertaPro Painters of Northwest Indiana, thanks to Jordan.
“This is a great place for me to grow with [Jordan]. He’s not in it for the money; he’s in it for the long haul,” said Espinoza. “I love working here. I see myself here in, I’d say, the next five to ten years.”
During his time with the company, Espinoza also wants to explore his outgoing side as he discussed how CertaPro Painters of Northwest Indiana has created a foundation for personal growth while in the workplace.
“I want to grow into more of a people person, and CertaPro Painters [of Northwest Indiana] has allowed me to grow professionally and personally,” saidEspinoza.
Espinoza is always looking to learn more ways to involve himself in the business. He hopes to pick up even more of the moving parts of CertaPro Painters of Northwest Indiana as the industry is always advancing. With the help of people like Jordan, Espinoza feels he can definitely accomplish that.
“We’ve become good friends and developed a close relationship,” said Espinoza. “He sees my ambitions to grow.”
In his free time, Espinoza plays soccer, a sport that he is a very big fan of. He also values family like no other and spends time with them whenever he can.
“I enjoy cookouts, playing with the kids, and watching my daughter cheer at games,” said Espinoza.
Espinoza says work with CertaPro Painters of Northwest Indiana has always been a great experience and was a career choice he was glad to make.
