The Valpo Noon Kiwanis will host dinner in the Popcorn Tent, leading up to the annual Popcorn Festival! Dinner will be served Thursday, September 5, from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm.
Food featured in the tent that evening will be delicious rotisserie chicken, potatos, and salad. Tickets are $10 in advance or $12 at the door.
