The Valparaiso High School girls basketball team fell in Duneland Athletic Conference action on Tuesday, suffering a 49-33 loss at home against the Crown Point Bulldogs.
The Vikings had a rough middle of the game, being outscored 25-8 in the second and third quarters, while shooting 24% from three from the game. Katherine Berning led Valpo with 12 points, while Grace Withrow filled the stat sheet with nine points, five steals and four assists.
The Vikings next face off at home against the LaPorte Slicers on Friday, December 16th before heading out to play the Chesterton Trojans on the 23rd of December.
