Because of this versatility, Larson-Danielson continues to experience growth and is looking to add a Human Resource Generalist.

Reporting: This person will report to the VP of Administration

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the recruiting, application, interview and employment process for office vacancies
  • Manage personnel functions including onboarding, benefits, eligibility and processing
  • Maintain personnel records, employee policy manuals and job descriptions
  • Track and prepare EEO forms and reports
  • Oversee annual performance appraisals, background checks and drug testing programs
  • Council and advise employees and management in interpreting and enforcing company policy and procedures
  • Assist with staffing forecasting and planning

Desired Skills Experience and Personal Characteristics

  • Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, good documentation skills and the ability to clearly articulate thoughts and ideas
  • Excellent customer service and a team-oriented outlook for a fast-paced environment
