Crown Trading, a local online sales business, purchases 1503 N. Main Street to use as a distribution center
Crown Trading, a local online sales company specializing in consumer goods, has purchased the 1503 North Main Street Property in Crown Point. The business plans to use the over 32,000 square feet of warehouse space and nearly 7 acres for a distribution center for their online sales business.
Antony Miocic, of Latitude Commercial Real Estate, represented the buyer’s in the transaction. “This has been a long-underutilized property in Crown Point. New ownership has long term plans for area. This is a large building sitting on nearly 7 acres, so to see it renovated and put to use will be a big improvement for the area.” Latitude Commercial provides commercial real estate services throughout Northwest Indiana and the South Chicago Suburbs.
