Barley Properties and Holladay Properties announce another new tenant leasing space in  Barley Properties' new 65,592 square foot multi-tenant flex building located at 2650 Barley Road in Valparaiso.  Mauser Packaging is leasing a 25,110 SF space in the building which will house its sustainable packaging business serving industry throughout Northwest Indiana.

Mauser specializes in new packaging made from recycled content as well as reconditioning, reuse, recycling and professional disposal which result in a positive impact on local business and the planet bringing true sustainability to companies all over the world.

The facility is designed to accommodate multiple tenants in a variety of uses and features energy efficient design standards, dedicated architectural storefronts, 24-foot clear ceiling height, utility infrastructure to accommodate a wide variety of users, and dock and drive-in doors available for each suite.

The new building is in an ideal location and offers visibility from IN-49 and proximity to US Highway 30 and the Porter County Regional Airport.
