The office, which offers patients more convenient and accessible cardiovascular care, combined with the expertise of its doctors and staff, is a highly-anticipated addition to the Southlake campus.

“We believe that the synergy among this large group of physicians specializing in different aspects of cardiology, such as interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, and heart and vascular surgery provides our patients the best care possible through teamwork and collaboration,” said Doyle. “We have built a modern new space with comfortable and welcoming decor. A space that is easily accessible, has convenient parking, and is staffed by an experienced and caring support team.”

Methodist’s commitment to patient care is apparent in every aspect of the clinic.

“We believe that the environment that we've created in this new clinic will enhance our patients’ and our families' experience and will allow us to provide excellent care,” said Doyle.

Crossroads Regional Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Deann Patena then spoke of the long established partnership between Methodist and the chamber.

“On behalf of the Crossroads Regional Chamber of Commerce, our board of directors, our staff, our ambassadors and all of our members who are here today, we are honored to be a partner with Methodist Hospital and are thrilled for your continued growth,” said Patena.

Through every season of change, the chamber has been in support of the hospital’s continued efforts to improve the lives of its patients. Patena was proud to play a part in the official opening of the new facility.

“Methodist Hospitals is an anchor for our community, and their progressiveness is unmeasurable. Our community is so fortunate to have such a great asset in a hospital such as Methodist. The Crossroads Regional Chamber of Commerce is here to support you and assist you in any way we can,” said Patena.

Before the ribbon-cutting commenced, Rev. Dr. David Neville blessed the new facility.

“May it be a place to meet the needs of our patients and our physicians. Bless the staff to carry out their work with compassion and clarity as they diagnose and treat conditions of the heart. Bless this cardiovascular clinic, the Methodist Hospital, our community partners, suppliers and all who work with and through this clinic for us to be healthier together,” said Neville.

Following the prayer, Dr. Harish Shah cut the ribbon, signifying the grand opening of the new cardiovascular office.
