Monthly Spot-B Winners at VHS

Through the VHS PBIS Program, students are nominated on a monthly basis for demonstrating the four main characteristics of outstanding student citizens. These foundations to good citizenship include responsibility, respectfulness, supportiveness, and safety. Students must demonstrate these four areas in both the classroom setting as well as the entire school setting. Additionally, the nominated students must be in good standing with attendance and discipline to qualify for this selection. Teachers nominate students they feel represent these four qualities while on the VHS campus. Congratulations to the following three Spot-B Winners for the month of September:

Taylor Briel was nominated by Mrs. Hanson for always being a positive and professional Student Aide. She demonstrates Leadership and comes up with innovative organizational ideas for class.

Shawn Hardin was nominated by Mrs. Hillesland for always being a positive example of a Professional Student and for Encouraging Others to do their best. He respects all students and his education.

Heather Scott was nominated by Mr. Pritchett for excellent service to the band as Band President and Asst. Drum Major. Works many hours to ensure the band gets what it needs to do their best!
