Latitude Commercial assigned management by Texas investors
Latitude Commercial has been assigned a Property Management Agreement for full-service management of a 5,600 square foot office building in Munster, IN, located at a busy intersection on Ridge Road. The property was being managed remotely but mounting pressure from the Town of Munster Code Enforcement led to the investor finding local management.
The Latitude Property Management Division is very pleased at the opportunity to work with this group from Texas.
