Outdoor Movies will soon begin again for the summer on June 14. The first feature will be How to Train your Dragon. All movies will begin at dusk on every Tuesday evening. This summer movies will be shown on the courthouse square near Washington Street while we wait for the completion of Central Park Plaza. August 9 will be a special night as it will be the first movie to be seen in the brand new park. You won't want to miss it!

The free movies are brought to you by VCFE with the support of the Valparaiso Department of Parks and Recreation and numerous community business partners. Families are encouraged to bring their blankets and chairs to the event. There are many downtown restaurants that offer pizza or other “to go” menu items that can be enjoyed in the park during the movie. Rain dates are Wednesdays of the same week.
