Reflections of a Valpo Pooch, Pt. 2

It’s always a great time to spend some quality time outdoors with my best friend, Hayzel.  Hayes is a weim who loves to have a good time, and she never ceases to amaze me.  If you ever see us out and about, please stop and say hello!

As a follow up to Reflections of a Valpo Pooch, Pt. 1, Hayzel asked me to post another one of her favorite places around Valparaiso, so here it is!

Porter County Pet Clinic
Because everyone there is so talented, and friendly... and because she's not the one getting the shots! Hayzel’s big (but smaller) brother Robbie has been undergoing some unusual skin allergies lately.  Robbie, a long haired fluff of a cat has been on some routine trips to the vet for treatments.  In addition, Hayzel became a proud big sister to a doberman pinscher who was born on Halloween and adopted shortly thereafter.  Along with a new puppy comes even more visits to the vet for shots and spay (Bob Barker reminded us to do it).

Because she loves being part of our family so much, and she hates to feel left out, Hayzel has very much so enjoyed visiting the wonderful doctors and staff at the Porter County Pet Clinic.  She goes in just to say “Hi”! They spoil her with cookies and compliments and she will in return do [some of] her tricks.  They’re always welcoming and take excellent care of her brother and sister who are both recovering nicely.

Great doctors, friendly staff, purrfect pricing! They’re even affiliated with an emergency clinic just in case.
