Rittenhouse Senior Living will be kicking off its first annual Mitten Tree to benefit the children of CCA/Spring Valley Homeless Shelter. Mittens, hats, scarves, books, etc. can be donated to decorate our Mitten Tree until December 23, 2009. CCA provides a safe haven for individuals and families to build solid foundations through education, counseling, support to motivate and empower them to become productive economic and community contributors. CCA/Spring Valley Shelter currently has 53 children living at their shelter that we would like to provide winter clothing and gifts to.
