St. Paul 4th Grade Helping to Bring Clean Water Around the World

St-Paul-Widows-Mite-ExperienceThe 4th grade classes at St. Paul Catholic School, with the help of the school community, have raised $2204 for Widows Mite Experience. Widows Mite Experience works to raise money for fresh water wells to be dropped in communities around the world with no sources of clean water. The cost of a well is $1800. The fourth graders exceeded that amount. The extra money will be used to fund two Lifesaver Jerrycans, which are portable water filtration systems. Last year, the well funded by the fourth graders was given to a community in India.
