Our 5th grade boy's basketball Panthers finished their season in the CYO tournament 2nd round. The boys posted some strong results for their first season together finishing 8-4 with one forfeit.
According to coach Marc Ruiz, "During our first season together our more experienced players Sam Ruiz, Michael Zajac and Will Ruiz provided strong results and positive leadership, but it was the great effort and skills growth from Patrick Sayers, Evan Hartman, Nick Pinho and Robert Pruzin that was exciting as well. And as a coach being able to see our new players Gabe Schmaltz, Martin Flude and Amol Verma work hard to become important members of the team that was most fulfilling. I think this team has a bright future ahead."
