StoryPoint Chesterton residents and staff enjoyed a second anniversary party at the community. The party was both to celebrate the community being open as well to honor all of the residents. Life enrichment director Shelly McCarthy said, “We want to celebrate our residents and give them this party to let them know how much we love them and are happy they have chosen us as their home!” They started the night with a cocktail party, which included a champagne fountain and Jell-O shots. After, they enjoyed a surf and turf dinner, prepared by the executive chef and team at StoryPoint Chesterton. Steak, asparagus, lobster tails, and potato skins were on the menu. Residents were able to give toasts, where they shared about the great experiences they have had and complimented the staff. A string quartet played to finish off the night after dinner.
