For the last five and a half years, I've been privileged to serve you - and the Duneland community as a whole - as the leader of the Duneland Chamber of Commerce. The work that we've completed here together has meant more to me than I can possibly express. I've deeply appreciated this opportunity to both serve and lead within such a great organization during what have proven to be some of the most special years of my life.
I'm writing this morning to share with you news of a new adventure in my life. I have recently accepted the President and CEO position at the Northwest Indiana Forum. I am both excited and honored by this next step in my career - an opportunity which will allow me to continue working with the Duneland community (as well as the rest of Northwest Indiana) to create and retain quality jobs and make sure that there is a strong voice for business concerns.
I'll begin my new position at the NWI Forum on Monday, March 31. Members of the Chamber's Executive Committee have already started searching and planning for my replacement. Thank you all so much for your support of the Duneland Chamber of Commerce. It has been an honor to work for you.
