Valparaiso Community Festivals & Events (VCFE) is seeking contestants for the Cutest Baby Contest as part of the 35th Annual Valparaiso Popcorn Festival. Winning babies, along with their parents, will ride in the Popcorn Festival Parade on Saturday, September 7, 2013.
Cutest Baby Preliminaries will be held on Saturday, August 10, 2013 from 9 to 11:30 a.m. at the VCFE Office at 162 Lincolnway using the back entrance. Registration forms will be completed upon arrival and there is a $10 registration fee. Porter County babies ages 9-24 months qualify for this contest.
Babies will be judged on dress, facial appearance and personality. There will be 6 boys and 6 girls selected for the finals which will be held at the Orville Redenbacher Tent on Wednesday, September 4 at 6:30 p.m.
